Your full satisfaction is our first concern

Webinane products are subjected to intensive quality testing by Envato to get approval for selling on the online marketplace. Though we believe in the best performance of our products, we expect the users to understand that they may not perfectly work for everyone under all circumstances.

Anyhow, we’ll be pleased to consider offering our clients a refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase, or they have an issue that makes their system unusable and we are unable to offer a viable solution.

Terms and Conditions for a Refund:

Webinane.com reserves the right to offer a refund at its sole discretion. To get your payment back, you need to fully meet all the terms and conditions listed below:

Validity Period: The validity period for a refund is 15 days. That is, a client has to apply for the reversal of payment within the first 15 days of the original purchase of the product. After the expiry of this period, no request for a refund will be entertained by Webinane.

Issue with Installation/Basic Functions: No application for a refund will be considered unless the product (a plugin, WordPress theme, HTML template, etc.) is found to have issues with installation, or it is unable to perform its basic functions.

Resolving Issue with Support: A client will not be eligible for a refund if they do not attempt to contact Webinane Customer Support for a solution they might be facing. The product price/license fee will not be paid back if our support team offers a solution to the issue.

A refund will immediately be made to the client if the Webinane Support Team is unable to offer a solution to the issue.
