Since I purchesed the theme, I have reported a lot of bugs to the development team. Some of them were solved as I was reporting them. The rest of them were motivated by new updates with the promise that everything I reported would be resolved. I was very understanding with the development team, but 2-3 months ago, communication with them became increasingly difficult, even impossible. And many problems still persist. My support license has expired with 6 active tickets, for which I have not yet received a solution. For example, I bought a new totally non-functional payment gateway. I reported this aspect from the moment of purchase (3 months ago). In a few days it will be 2 months since the development team's promises that the problem will be solved in an update that I was supposed to receive "next Monday". As an NGO, I cannot collect donations because of a non-functional plugin. In the ticket, I also gave them the solution to solve the problem, because I did a little debugging. I appreciate all the work behind it, but I'm disappointed by the huge number of bugs and the poor quality of the solution support. I don't know if it makes sense to buy a new support license because I tend to think that I will give the money for nothing, because I will still be left with promises to solve the bugs.”
